What do you need to make it works?

In order to make FTrack CRM use SQL Server the following steps must be performed before:

• You have installed FTrack CRM free trial.
• You have run FTrack CRM successfully at least once (the MS Access Version)

If the installation works fine, then follow the next steps (don´t go trough this process if you were not able to make FTrack CRM work before):

• Download SQL Server JDBC Drivers and copy the content of the zip file (mssqlserver.jar) in folder: C:\Program Files\FTrack\Tomcat\common\lib
• Download database following one of these options:
  • Download a backup database file and restore it on your SQL Server creating a database schema named FTRACK.
  • Download the database creation scripts and execute them on your SQL Server.
• Download FTrack CRM configuration file for SQL Server and copy the content (conf.xml) to:C:\Program Files\FTrack\config.

Now run FTrack CRM normaly and make sure it is using your SQL Server database.
