System Administrators can access to all administrative options. In this chapter we provide a overview of basic topics. For more information read Administators Guide. Administrative options are all located in the main window top menu:

The available options are:
| • | Look Up Tables: Lookup tables are used extensively through all the application to classify and categorize information. Each time you chose values from list of existing ones, FTrack is using LookUp Tables |
| • | Groups and Users: Used to define the structure of departments and users that Hill use FTrack |
| • | Work Groups: This section is where administrators define the different user access levels available |
| • | Languages: This option allows administrators to change the default language for FTrack and also to change the literals to meet better their needs. |
| • | Parameters: Use this option to enter local set up options, like currency, directories, etc… |
| • | Console: Special command line options for administrators. |
