Products can be assigned to Organizations, Departments or Persons. When they re not assigned to one of them, they are assigned to Stores. Stores are sites or locations where unassigned assets are stored.
There are two ways that an Administrator can add Stores from the main menu:
| • | From the main menu: File>New>Store |
| • | From the min menu: File>Open>Stores. FTrack will open the Stores list window. The use the push button {New} |
The Stores "Code" is the only required field.

There are two ways to View and Edit existing Service Contracts:

To Delete existing Stores, edit the one you want to remove and use top menu option:
File>Delete. If the Store has active relationships of any kind with other system objects (e.g.: Store has active Assets, etc…) FTrack will not let the user to remove it

FTrack provides information about the real state of stocks. There are two ways to view stocks:
