If you install Ftrack in a server to be access from anywhere trough internet, follow the next steps:
| • | Install it in a server with a public internet address. Ask your system administrator for more information. |
| • | FTrack Server is installed on port 8080 of the server. If you are using any kind of firewalls, make sure they allow users to access to this port. If you need to change the port number, email soporte@ee-pp.com for instructions. |
| • | From any place in the world, open a web browser and enter the following url: http://YourCompanyHostName:8080/ftrack where YourCompanyHostName is the name registered and public where you have installed FTrack. It can also be a public IP Address, for example http://200.99.99.12:8080/ftrack. Ask your system administrator before installing FTrack CRM |
| • | In any case, you should get in your browser what is displayed in next figure: |

Congratulations!!!. You can start a working session.
But not always works at the first try. Read carefully the next paragraph if you have troubles starting FTrack.
