Microsoft Outlook Integration

FTrack is integrated with MS Outlook and allows users to import into FTrack database

organizations and contacts stored in their local Outlook profiles. Once this information is

imported into FTrack database, all FTrack users will be able to edit it and use to create new

objects like opportunities, orders associated to these contcts, etc…

This is the reason why FTrack does not includes a synchronization utility between Outlook and

FTrack. Imagine you import into FTrack your Outlook contacts. Now all FTrack users can view nd

edit your contacts information. Imagine one user changes the information of one of your

contacts. Probably you will not want FTrack to automatically synchronize with FTrack and update

your local Outlook Information.
