Some releases of Windows include a default configuration for the web browsers that will not allow windows popups to happens or even run javascript code. If you get the following alert when running FTrack:

In both cases you must deactivate the popup blocker otherwise FTrack CRM will not work properly. There are several ways to deactivate the popup blocker utility, one is from the Options top menu of your browser, as shown in next figure:
We also recommend deactivating the cache of your browser. Open your browser, select options Tools>Internet Options and configure it as shown in next image:
