What is the price of FTrack?
The price of FTrack is $160 USD. This is paid once and gives you one year of free downloads of new releases with new functionality. $160 USD fee includes FTrack CRM full featured and without limitations.

Because the spirit of the project is : pay the right price for the right technology. And also because we have hundreds of customers all around the world helping us.

How do I purchase it?
To be sure that you perform payments in a secure form, we work with a world class partner that provides secure transaction platform, regnow (www.regnow.com)

How do I receive my FTrack once is purchased?
As soon as we receive the payment confirmation we will send you an email with download instructions. We will create a personal web page for you where you will have your product and new releases during one year.

And after the first year?
A fee of $12 USD will be required to extend the agreement one more year.

Is FTrack a multiuser application?
Yes it is a multiuser application. Download FTrack users guide to find out how to set it up.

What do I need to run FTrack?
No additional software in needed. Everything is included in the installation package. You just need your web browser.

Do I need to install any other piece of software in user´s PC's?
No, FTrack is a web application. You can access it from any computer using your web browser.

What database engine uses?
The standard release comes with Microsoft Access 2.0. This is enough if you run FTrack with up to 10 users accessing simultaneously. You can use it with more users but we believe the performance will increase if you install it using oracle, sqlserver, sybase, PosgreSQL or MySql. Contact Support .

What kind of support I receive ?
Within the basic price ($160) you will recieve email free and unlimited technical support. If you need other level of support, please contact Support .

I have all my contacts in outlook, do I have to enter them again in FTrack?
There is a pluggin for Outlook that you must request us. Please contact Support .

I have customers in other databases and files, can import them to FTrack?
Yes you can, but depends on the kind of sources you have. Please contact Support . for help

I would like to integrate FTrack with other backoffice systems. Is it possible?
Yes it is. We can provide you detailed information about our API's. Please contact Support .

Is it possible to load ftrack on our web server with public IP and have our users login to it via public IP ?

Yes it is. If you set up a public server with a public IP address, you can access FTrack from the Internet just like you do it trough your local network, no changes or additional software products are needed. You can try it with the evaluation software.
